The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) contract is a 10-year, $151 billion Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) vehicle designed to accelerate the development and delivery of innovative layered defense technologies.
Through MDA SHIELD, Colossal Contracting is positioned to support a broad range of commercial and non-commercial requirements across Department of Defense departments and agencies. The contract provides the flexibility to address evolving mission needs through task orders spanning the full technology and system lifecycle—from research, development, prototyping, and experimentation to integration, production, sustainment, modernization, and cybersecurity.
